1. Our Shipping Standard

Every card sold by CardX Pro ships with the following protection — no exceptions:

  • Penny sleeve (surface protection)
  • Cardboard backing or Rigid toploader (bend protection) for valuable cards
  • Bubble mailer (impact protection) — rigid cardboard mailer for cards valued over $50
  • Tracking included on every shipment

We treat every card as if it's going into our own collection. Packaging is not an afterthought — it's part of our product.

2. Shipping Carriers and Timeframes

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Shipping carrier selection is at our discretion based on card value, weight, and destination. High-value cards ($100+) are shipped Priority Mail or better with signature confirmation when required.

3. eBay Orders

All current CardX Pro sales are processed through eBay. Shipping terms displayed on each eBay listing govern that transaction. eBay's Money Back Guarantee covers all purchases in the event of non-delivery or item not as described.

Tracking information is uploaded to every eBay order within 24 hours of shipment.

4. Insurance

  • Cards valued over $100 are insured at our discretion
  • Cards valued over $500 are insured as standard practice
  • If you require insurance on a lower-value card, contact us before purchase and we will accommodate the request

5. International Shipping

We currently ship to the contiguous United States and select international destinations via eBay's Global Shipping Program. International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country.

CardX Pro is not responsible for customs delays or import restrictions.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will open a carrier investigation. eBay's Money Back Guarantee applies to all eBay orders.

Damaged in Transit

If your card arrives damaged, photograph the packaging AND the card before touching anything. Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue — refund, replacement, or partial credit depending on circumstances.

We pack every card to prevent damage. In the rare event something goes wrong in transit, we stand behind our buyers.

7. Returns

A. eBay Purchases

All eBay purchases are subject to our eBay return policy as listed on each individual listing. We accept returns within 30 days for items not as described. Buyer pays return shipping for remorse returns. We pay return shipping for items not as described.

B. Condition Disputes

We describe every card honestly. If you believe a card was materially misrepresented, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos. We will review and respond within 48 hours. We would rather make it right than lose a customer.

C. Non-Returnable Items

  • Bulk lots are sold as-is and are not eligible for return based on individual card condition. Lot contents are disclosed in listing descriptions.
  • Graded cards (PSA/BGS/CGC slabs) are not eligible for return if the slab is intact and cert number matches the listing.
