Flawless corners, razor-sharp edges, perfect centering, immaculate surface. A PSA 10, BGS 9.5+, CGC Pristine 10, or SGC 10 commands the highest premiums in the hobby. This is what every collector's eye hunts for.
Near-perfect with one minor flaw — maybe a tiny corner touch or slight centering off. A PSA 9 or BGS 9 still looks incredible and costs a fraction of a 10. For most collectors, this is where the smart money lives.
