CardX Pro is a Texas-based sole proprietorship operating the website CardXpro. We are a trading card dealer specializing in estate collection finds, vintage sports cards, and TCG collectibles. Our primary point of sale is eBay (ebay.com/str/cardxpro).
CardXpro serves as an informational and marketing hub. All purchase transactions occur on eBay and are governed by eBay's terms of service. Upon formation of a legal entity, these Terms will be updated to reflect the registered business name and structure.

All card purchases from CardX Pro are conducted through eBay. By purchasing through our eBay store, you agree to eBay's User Agreement and Money Back Guarantee policy. CardX Pro is not responsible for eBay platform outages, eBay policy changes, or disputes governed by eBay's resolution center.
When direct checkout is enabled on CardXpro, additional purchase terms will be added to this section. Until that time, all sales are eBay-only.
All cards are described to the best of our ability. Condition descriptions reflect our honest assessment. We are not PSA, BGS, or CGC — our raw card condition assessments are opinions, not certified grades. Buyers should review all photos carefully before purchasing.
Trading card values fluctuate based on market conditions, player performance, and collector demand. No statement on CardXpro constitutes a guarantee of value, investment return, or future resale price. See our Disclaimer page for full valuation disclosure.
All original content on CardXpro — including text, graphics, logos, guide content, fact pages, and site design — is the property of CardX Pro and protected by applicable copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
The name "CardX Pro," "CardXpro," our logo, and associated branding are proprietary marks of CardX Pro. Use of our brand without written permission is prohibited.
Images of trading cards displayed on this site may include copyrighted card artwork owned by Topps, Panini, Upper Deck, The Pokémon Company, Wizards of the Coast, or other manufacturers. Such images are used for editorial, informational, and descriptive purposes only. We claim no ownership over card manufacturer artwork.
If you submit content to us (emails, social media tags, reviews), you grant CardX Pro a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for promotional purposes. We will never sell your content or use it in a misleading way.
CardXpro and all content on it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Trading cards are collectible items whose value can increase or decrease dramatically. Nothing on CardXpro constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. Past sale prices referenced on this site are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee future values.
To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, CardX Pro's total
liability to any user for any claim arising from use of this Site or
purchase of any card shall not exceed the amount paid by that user for
the specific card in dispute.
In no event shall CardX Pro be liable for indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, data loss,
or goodwill — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
CardX Pro is not liable for the actions, policies, or failures of eBay, social media platforms, email service providers, or any other third party linked from or integrated with this Site.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CardX Pro and its owners, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Your use of CardXpro is also governed by our Privacy Policy, located at CardXpro/privacy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of CardXpro shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules, conducted in Texas.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against CardX Pro.
For any matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Texas.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. The "Last Updated" date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
